What To Bring

Our guided kayak tours run “rain or shine”, so you'll want to be prepared for the conditions on the day of your tour. Your feet will definitely get a little wet. Paddle jackets and pants are provided (in limited sizes). We recommend the following items:

  • Sunscreen.

  • Footwear that can get wet.

  • Quick dry clothing (cotton is not recommended).

  • Extra layers (a windbreaker or rain jacket/pants).

  • Waterproof case for your smartphone and/or camera.

  • Gratuity for your guide (optional, but appreciated).

How To Find Us

Our tours launch from our boathouse located at Port Dock 7 in Newport, Oregon. Parking is available at the Port of Newport, with additional on-street parking on SE Bay Blvd. Please remember that Newport is a working port, so we ask that you be respectful and park closest to the street so that fishermen have priority access.

Once you have arrived, simply go down the access ramp to the docks, and take an immediate left at the bottom of the ramp (at the seafood barge). Walk past the sailboats and we're the first boathouse that you come upon.
